Aluminium windows, stacking and folding doors, shopfronts, balustrades and frameless glass — fitted into new builds, and cut cleanly into houses people are still living in.
Every photograph is our own installation — no showroom renders, no stock. Filter by what you're looking for, then scroll the row sideways.

Six families, all fabricated in aluminium and glass, all fitted by our own installers. Every unit is made to the opening rather than bought off a shelf, so sizes are yours, not ours.
Two, three and four panel sliders, and stacking doors that push the whole run to one side so the opening is genuinely open. Fitted to patios, balconies and garden elevations.
Bi-folding leaves that concertina back against the reveal. The usual choice where a living room opens onto a pool or a deck and you want the full width clear.
Top-hung, side-hung, awning, sliding and fixed lights, and combinations of those in a single frame — a fixed pane with top-hung openers over it is the most common.
Large fixed elevations, corner glazing and stairwell glazing, where the job is to hold a lot of glass square and keep the sightlines thin.
Frameless doors and glass balustrades, specified from the heavier end of the range because there is no frame carrying the load — the glass is the structure.
Retractable trellis gates for doors and passages, and burglar guards fitted over window openings. Powder-coated to match the frames rather than fighting them.
Most of our work isn't a bare site — it's a house someone lives in, with a rotten timber frame or a rusted steel one that has to come out. We cut the opening, fit the new unit, seal it and clean up. Same day where the span allows.

01STEP
Perished timber, rusted steel, glass that no longer seals. Photographed before we touch it.

02STEP
Fabricated to the opening we measured on site, not to a plan. It is set square, packed and levelled, with the protective film still on.

03STEP
Fixed panes and opening leaves go in once the frame is set true. The film stays on the profiles while the rest of the site finishes around it.

04STEP
Sealed, brickwork made good, film stays on until you're happy with it.
TLEEN Aluminium and Glass fabricates and installs aluminium windows, doors and glass across South Africa. We are a fabricator and an installation crew in the same company, which is the part that matters on site: the person who measured your opening is accountable for the unit that arrives to fill it.
The bulk of what we do is replacement work — taking out perished timber and rusted steel frames in houses that are lived in, and cutting new openings into existing brickwork where a room needs more light than it was built with. That work is unforgiving. It is measured off the actual opening rather than off a plan, set square and packed, sealed, and the brickwork made good afterwards. The protective film stays on the frames until you have looked at it and you are happy.
We also glaze new builds from the shell up, and fit trellis security gates and burglar guards colour-matched to the frames. Quotes are priced against the sizes you send us, the glass tint and thickness you choose, and the profile colour — nothing is estimated off a photograph alone.
The width and height of each opening, and a photo of the existing frame if there is one. Tell us the glass tint, the thickness and the profile colour you want and we quote against those. If you're not sure, send the sizes and photos and we'll suggest a spec.
Yes — that is most of our work. Perished timber and rusted steel frames come out, the opening is cut and squared, the new unit is set and packed, then sealed and the brickwork made good. Same day where the span allows.
Yes. Where a room needs more light or a doorway where there wasn't one, we cut the new opening into the existing brick, fit the unit and make the brickwork good afterwards.
Ten tints — clear, bronze, grey, dark grey, euro grey, green, dark green, blue, reflective silver and reflective bronze — in thicknesses from 3mm to 22mm. Double glazing and performance glass are available across the range. Balustrades and frameless doors are specified from the heavier end.
Six: charcoal, black, white, wood-look, silver and bronze. Trellis gates and burglar guards are colour-matched to the frames.
Yes. Retractable trellis gates for doors and passages, and burglar guards over window openings, powder-coated to match the aluminium.
Yes. We glaze new builds from the shell up — windows, sliding and folding doors, fixed elevations and balustrades — as well as doing retrofit work in occupied houses.
